Group Coaching

Want to explore what boosts wellbeing and promotes flourishing in your ministry?

We are inviting Christian ministry leaders for 6 Sessions of
Transformissional Group Coaching”

This research project aims to facilitate coaching conversations so you can explore how you might;

  • Foster wellbeing

  • buffer burnout

  • Promote flourishing in your ministry

Current research indicates that Christian Ministry leaders …

Have one of the most diverse and demanding jobs

Experience high levels of stress, anxiety and risk of burnout

Are among the least likely to prioritise daily wellbeing habits

Can often feel isolated (due to geography, or being set apart)

Does this sound like you?

This Transformissional Group Coaching programme provides a safe space to share some of these unique challenges and to explore how others live life to the full to help themselves and their communities thrive…

As well as offering a safe space to explore these topics, this research is hoping to learn from the experiences of Christian ministry leaders who join a 6-week group coaching programme who explore flourishing in ministry in a group coaching context. If that sounds like something you would benefit from being part of, please sign up to let us know you are interested.

This involves gathering with up to 12 other Christian ministry leaders who also feel called by God, for one group coaching session per week (90-120 mins), for 6 weeks. Sessions will explore flourishing in ministry themes and provide an opportunity for you to consider how you could resource yourself to do your life-giving work well.

Group coaching sessions are not prescriptive or directive.

Each week will explore a theme in the form of a question. The group can also ask their own questions as well as examine their own understanding, thoughts and any possible actions to explore further.

This means that although the initial question is based on the latest research in this flourishing in ministry field, the best practice content can emerge from within the group discussions.
